About Me

I am an Independent mortgage broker based in Lisburn I guide my clients through this simple process step by step.

Who Am I?

The Mortgage Maze is merely a myth – as an independent mortgage broker based in Lisburn I guide my clients through this simple process step by step. With over 40 years experience in financial services I have spent the last 17 years specialising in mortgages and related insurances. I am an independent broker enabling me to offer my clients the peace of mind that comes from a whole of market mortgage research.  An equally important benefit is that I now act for the client, not the lender; this ensures unbiased and best advice in all my recommendations. No two client needs are the same. Matching specific products to unique individuals has not only given me the competitive edge but first and foremost, the client always benefits.

A mortgage is a long-term commitment, the client’s priorities must first be clearly identified, all market options (every lender) thoroughly researched and then benefits fully explained.

I strongly believe with so many mortgage providers and their products, professional independent advice should be No 1 client priority.

A lot of all mortgages are now placed through brokers.

It is my goal to provide an exceptional service to every client – honesty before profit, guaranteed transparency in every action and a mutually beneficial relationship built on trust.

I meet with you at a time and place (normally your own home) that best suits you and complete all paperwork.

You do not attend any interview with the lender

I will be on hand each step of the mortgage process and contactable almost 24 hours - I take it as a professional courtesy to return all calls on the day.

I take time and interest to save you time and interest!

To satisfy first time buyers, next time buyers and remortgages, the market offers literally thousands of products and these do change daily

A mortgage is a loan secured against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other dept secured on it.
